glitzextreme.com is a supplier of products some of which are subject to foreign exchange fluctuations.
glitzextreme.com is not obliged to sell any advertised products where it is determined by glitzextreme.com that the price or any other information of a product as stated or advertised is incorrect. glitzextreme.com reserves the right to cancel any transaction/purchase and to refund any money already paid and shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered as a result of the cancellation of the order/purchase. glitzextreme.com reserves the right to withdraw products from sale and/or introduce products for sale, to adjust prices and to amend product information.
Every effort is made to ensure the advertised screen/monitor images are accurate however, glitzextreme.com cannot be held responsible if the colour of the advertised product is slightly different to the product purchased. This is due to different screen/monitor resolutions as well as slight degree of colour difference during the production process.
Pricing includes 14% value added tax (14% VAT) when browsing from within South Africa. If browsing outside of South Africa, prices are shown as exclusive of VAT and international customers (outside South Africa) are not charged VAT during the Check-Out process.
ORDERS / PURCHASES
The registered user agrees to orders/purchases transacted by credit card through VIRTUAL CARD SERVICES and agrees to their conditions governing the use of their service.
glitzextreme.com at times may not have all advertised products in stock or insufficient quantity to completely fulfil your order. Subject to the CONDITIONS OF USE of the glitzextreme.com website, glitzextreme.com accepts orders/purchases according to the following standard:
Should an item or items ordered not be in stock, the registered user may cancel the complete order or that part of the order not in stock.
The registered user may elect to ship in-stock products immediately and wait for out-of-stock products to become available being aware that there may consequently be a higher shipping charge for split orders.
The registered user may elect to await out-of-stock products becoming available before shipping the complete order.
Should out-of-stock products not become available within 14 days, glitzextreme.com reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any money already paid.
In all instances, glitzextreme.com will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained as a result of their inability to fulfill an order in part or in full. glitzextreme.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and to refund any money already paid.
In this agreement reference to refund always infers that refunds are processed as quickly as possible and always within seven days and to the credit card number as provided by the registered user on placing the order.
Where the registered user’s credit card cannot be processed for payment for whatever reason and thus payment cannot be received by glitzextreme.com, glitzextreme.com will cancel the order.
An order or purchase cannot be processed until the registered user’s credit card has been accepted and authorized for payment and glitzextreme.com has received payment.
Once glitzextreme.com has received confirmation of payment from VCS/our bankers, your order will be expeditiously processed and despatched in accordance with your selected shipping preference. Notwithstanding our obligation to expeditiously process and despatch all orders, all in-stock orders will be despatched within TWO working days from our premises. In the event we cannot despatch within TWO days we will communicate with you by email.
Prices exclude the cost of delivery. Delivery cost is added during the checkout process.
